OUR PROCESS

Every client and property is different. This means that our approach and strategy needs to be customized to fit our client's needs. Often we are asked to help get a property ready to sell in order to maximize the sales price. This is VERY important because the condition and perception of the property can greatly affect the final sales price. Our efforts often include cleaning out a property (estate sale, donations, hauling trash), remodel (paint, flooring, kitchens/bathrooms), as well as a dynamic sales/marketing strategy.
